Macmillan Charity Coffee Morning

Kearsley Academy students raised awareness for the Macmillan Cancer Charity by joining in 'The Worlds Biggest Coffee Morning'. Money was donated through students purchasing cakes.
Sixth Form students organised the event as part of their studies, as well as making some of the cakes. Community Governor Debra Barlow led the idea and promotion of the event within school. It was a highly successful morning with cakes being sold in both the Academy 'Heart Space' and Sixth Form cafe.

Our running total is £175. Thank you to everyone in the Kearsley Academy Community for your fantastic contributions! See more in the Bolton News.
